Our mission is to foster, promote and create solutions in 3 critical areas of focus: Agriculture, Women’s Well-being, and Education. We are guided by values of strong leadership, consensus, ownership of ideas, respect and good governance.

Women are powerful agents of change. When women gain education, health, and income, the entire community thrives. Historically, in Papua New Guinea, women have played a central role as nurturers, farmers and educators – silently contributing to nation building. Yet, they also carry the burden of gender inequality in a pre-dominantly patriarchal society.
